New Noida project latest update: The identity of Uttar Pradesh is now going to change forever. This will no longer be just a province of towns and villages, but such a modern city is going to be established on the map of the country, which will compete with big metros in the future. The name of this city is- New NoidaThis is not a small project, but an entire city situated on the land of 80 villages, which will not only change the face of this area, but will also brighten the fortunes of 16,000 farmer families.

Where and how will this ‘New Noida’ be?

Noida Authority will develop this new city DNGIR (Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region) Is developing in the name of. For this, land of 80 villages of Gautam Buddha Nagar and Bulandshahr districts has been selected. This means that now for any kind of construction in these villages, permission will have to be taken from Noida Authority.

Land acquisition work will start soon

The authority is going to start the process of land acquisition by holding a meeting with the District Magistrates of Bulandshahr and Gautam Buddha Nagar from next week itself. But there is no need to panic, because the government’s plan is clear – land will not be taken from farmers by force, but with mutual consent.

  • Compensation will be given at market rate: Farmers will be compensated for their land at the current market rate.
  • Also option of ‘Land Pooling’: Farmers who do not want to take money will get a chance to join the ‘Land Pooling Scheme’. Under this scheme, farmers will be given commercial or residential plots in a developed city in exchange for their land.

In the initial phase, land of 15 villages will be taken. Temporary offices are also being opened in Jokhabad and Sanwali villages to talk to the farmers and solve their problems.

Not just homes, but also a city of employment and greenery

This city will not be just a concrete jungle, but it is being built keeping in mind the needs of the future:

  • Biggest hub of industries: The largest part of the city (8811 hectares) will be for industry, where big factories and companies will come up. This is expected to provide employment to more than 1 lakh people.
  • Luxurious place to stay: Residential societies and houses will be built on about 2477 hectares of land.
  • Parks and Greenery: To breathe life into the city, there will be parks and green belts on more than 3173 hectares of land.
  • Wide roads and excellent transport: To ensure that there is no traffic problem, 3282 hectares of land has been kept only for roads and transport facilities.

Connectivity will be amazing

The location of New Noida makes it most special. The city will be near the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and GT Road. Not only this, it will be linked to three big projects which will prove to be its backbone:

  1. Integrated Industrial Township of Greater Noida
  2. Multimodal Transport Hub of Bodaki
  3. Multimodal Logistics Hub of Dadri

About 6 lakh people are expected to settle in this new city. This project is going to prove to be not just a city but a new engine of development for Uttar Pradesh.
