After a taunt made by Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra about the committee members, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and MP Anurag Thakur launched a scathing attack on her. In fact, while questioning the presence of IIT Madras Director Professor V Kamakoti in this committee, Priyanka Gandhi had sarcastically said that ‘cow urine experts’ have been kept in the committee. Giving a befitting reply to Priyanka Gandhi’s statement in Parliament, Anurag Thakur said that the number of degrees possessed by Professor V Kamakoti would not be equal to that of the entire Gandhi family combined. He said that Priyanka Gandhi tries to mislead the country by maintaining an innocent face in the Parliament and even asks the Speaker to smile at her words.

Anurag Thakur, defending Professor Kamakoti, said that Priyanka has done a very shameful thing by ridiculing a top scientist of the country. He said:

“Professor V Kamakoti is at the pinnacle of science. If he can work on Artificial Intelligence (AI), he can also do research on Indian knowledge tradition. The Gandhi family can never understand Indian traditions and knowledge.”

‘Join RSS, you will develop some values’

Anurag Thakur took a dig while responding to Priyanka Gandhi’s comments on Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). He said that being a member of the Sangh is not a crime or a sin. Along with this, he suggested to Priyanka Gandhi that if she wants, she can also join RSS, which will inculcate some values ​​in her.

‘Will provide complete treatment for paper leak’: Government assures youth

Talking about the incidents of paper leak in Parliament, Anurag Thakur said that our youth are the biggest victims of this disease and the Modi government will provide permanent and complete treatment to it. He claimed that just as the Modi government has worked to root out terrorism and Naxalism from the country, in the same way a very strict and historic law will be brought to stop paper leaks, which will set an example for the future.

Targeted at Rahul Gandhi: ‘You will never be able to come in’

During the speech, Anurag Thakur also attacked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Referring to the recent demonstration outside the PM’s residence, Anurag said in a sarcastic tone that when Rahul felt that the youth of the country were not listening to him, he went and lay down outside the Prime Minister’s residence. Anurag quipped, “I can well understand your yearning, but you are never going to get a chance to go in.”
