During the promotion and media interviews of this film, when Kangana was asked about her look and experience, she shared her experience of wearing the on-screen uniform and expressed her opinion on the dress code of real nurses of the country. Kangana said that while doctors’ clothes have become quite flexible, comfortable and modern with time, nurses are still forced to wear the same traditional and old-fashioned western style.
The current look is influenced by the US Navy and World War era.
In an exclusive interview given to news agency ANI, Kangana Ranaut explained in detail the history of this uniform and the Western influence behind it. Arguing, Kangana said that the things like pin in the uniform of our nurses, adorning the cap on the head or tying the belt on the waist, all this is actually influenced by the dress of the US Navy. This type of look was mainly seen in the medical wings of western countries during World War I and World War II. Kangana raised the question that whether there is severe cold or scorching heat in the country, our nurses still have to carry the same foreign and British look, which has now become irrelevant.

Kangana clarified that this is completely her personal opinion, but she wants some changes to be made in the future. He said, ‘I personally feel that this dress code should be redesigned and given a little Indian look, which will be a very positive and beautiful change.’ Along with this, while referring to his film, he said that in the film, we have portrayed the work of nurses on screen with utmost honesty and dignity. No matter a person’s shape or size, his or her uniform is a symbol of his or her duty and responsibility, and we have the utmost respect for this profession.
