Official circular issued for cleanliness

In the order issued by the Registrar (Administration) of the Supreme Court, it has been made clear that it is the responsibility of everyone to maintain the beauty and cleanliness of the premises.

Zero Tolerance: According to the order, now strict action will be taken if pan-masala sticks are found in any corner, corridor or washroom of the Supreme Court.

CCTV surveillance: People who are violating the rules will be identified through high-definition CCTV cameras installed in the court premises.

What action will be taken if caught?

The new rule will be applicable not only to the employees but also to the lawyers, munshis and common citizens visiting the premises:

Fine: Heavy financial penalties will be imposed on those who violate the rules.

Disciplinary Action: If an employee is found doing this repeatedly, departmental or disciplinary action can also be taken against him.

Entry ban: In serious cases, the person’s entry pass can also be cancelled.
