Mumbai:One of Bollywood’s biggest superstars, Shah Rukh Khan was reported to have a muscle injury during the shooting of a strong action sequence of his upcoming film King in Mumbai. Sources said that the injury occurred during a strong stunt at Golden Tobacco Studio, although the complete information about how the injury was not made public yet.
According to reports, Shah Rukh Khan has suffered a back injury, due to which doctors have advised him to take a complete break from shooting for at least one month. After the incident, Shah Rukh Khan moved to America for treatment and it is being told that his condition is improving.
The shooting of the film, originally in July and August, was to be held in many places including Film City, Golden Tobacco and YRF Studio, is now postponed. Based on Shahrukh’s recovery, the filming is expected to resume around September or October.
Fans and industry people have expressed concern and wished the actor to recover soon. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee tweeted on social media, during the shooting, my brother Shah Rukh Khan worries me of muscle injury. I wish them to be healthy quickly.
