
Mumbai: Prateek Gandhi’s upcoming film ‘Phule’ has been engulfed in controversies due to opposition from Brahmin organizations. Meanwhile, Prateek Gandhi has appealed to the people not to make any opinion about it without watching the film. The film is a biopic of social reformer Mahatma Jyotirao Phule. In this, Patralekha plays the role of Mahatma Phule’s wife Savitribai Phule.
Due to the dispute and changes suggested by the sensor, the film was postponed according to the original plan. It could not be released on 11 April. On this day, there was also the birth anniversary of social reformer Jyotirao Phule. Prateek has also expressed disappointment over not being able to tell the date of this release.
Prateek told that only the trailer of the film has been released. I appeal to anyone not to hurry in taking any decision based on what he is shown in the film.
The censor board has suggested some changes in this film. For example, it is suggested to convert it into slavery several years old in place of a 3,000 -year -old slavery dialogue. It has also been suggested to remove some references.
