News India Live, Digital Desk: Amidst the murmur of major changes in the politics of Bihar, Nitish government’s senior minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary has created a stir by making a big statement. Amid discussions of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s visit to Rajya Sabha and formation of a new government in the state, Vijay Chaudhary has clarified that a ‘special formula’ is being prepared within the NDA regarding the new form of power in Bihar. He indicated that this formula will be finalized in the high level meeting of NDA to be held in Delhi on April 10, which will decide the political direction of Bihar for the next few years.

The issue between the Chief Minister and the ministers will be resolved in the NDA meeting.

Speaking to the media, Vijay Chaudhary said that there is no difference of any kind within the alliance. He said, “All the constituents of NDA are united to ensure continuity in the development of Bihar. The meeting on April 10 is not just a formality but a platform to make a concrete action plan. In this, the entire roadmap will be shared, from the oath of office of the Chief Minister to the number of ministers and division of departments.” This statement of Chaudhary is being seen as an attempt to end the ongoing ‘power sharing’ tussle between BJP and JDU.

What will be the new formula? JDU will get important departments

According to sources, if BJP becomes the Chief Minister under the new formula, then JDU may get more share in the cabinet and important departments. Vijay Chaudhary did not give a direct answer to these speculations, but he did say that “respectful compromise is the strength of the alliance.” There is discussion that JDU may be given two Deputy CM posts, one of which may be the name of Nitish Kumar’s son Nishant Kumar, although it is yet to be officially confirmed.

Preparation to ‘set’ everything before Nitish Kumar’s ‘farewell’

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will start a new innings as a Rajya Sabha member after his tenure ends on April 9. Vijay Chaudhary said that the Chief Minister wants that the command of Bihar should be in safe and experienced hands before he goes to Delhi. In this connection, the final cabinet meeting will be held in Patna on 8th April and then brainstorming will be held with top NDA leaders in Delhi on 10th April. Vijay Chaudhary’s assurance that “everything is under control” is a reply to those opponents who were talking about a constitutional crisis in Bihar.
