News India Live, Digital Desk: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given strict instructions to the officials and said that any kind of negligence or laxity in public work will not be tolerated. He bluntly said that any officer or employee who postpones the work of common people will have to face the consequences. The Chief Minister was giving these instructions while listening to the problems of the complainants from every corner of the state in the Janata Darshan program organized at his official residence on Monday.
Chief Minister himself reached each complainant
Carrying forward the tradition of Gorakhnath temple, CM Yogi met around 400 people in the Janata Darshan program at his residence in Lucknow. He personally reached out to each complainant, listened to their problems leisurely and instructed the concerned officers to take immediate action regarding their applications. He asked the officers to adopt a sensitive attitude towards the problems of the public and ensure their prompt and quality solution.
“Help victims immediately, don’t chase them away.”
CM Yogi warned the officials that no victim or needy should have to visit any office. He said, “Ensure that every person’s problem is resolved in a timely manner. Officials who are negligent or deliberately delaying work will be held accountable and strict action will be taken against them.”
From help for treatment to action against land mafia.
Most of the cases in Janata Darshan were related to illegal occupation, family property disputes and seeking financial help for treatment of serious illnesses.
- Assurance of help in treatment: Many people had come requesting financial assistance for the treatment of serious diseases. CM Yogi assured him that lack of money will not come in the way of treatment. He directed the officials to prepare the estimate of the treatment expenses as soon as possible and make it available to the government, so that the assistance amount can be sent to the victim’s account immediately.
- Strict action will be taken against land mafia: The Chief Minister took a tough stance on complaints of illegal occupation of land and property. He directed the officials to take strict legal action against the land mafia without any concessions and ensure that the victim gets his land back.
Through this Janata Darshan, the Chief Minister has once again made it clear that in his government, the problems of the people will be given top priority and there is no room for negligent officers in this.
