A video is currently making headlines in the political circles and social media of Uttar Pradesh, in which MP from Nagina Lok Sabha seat and representative of Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) chief Chandrashekhar Azad is seen directly engaging with a Police Officer (CO). The heat increased so much that the representative openly gave the police officer a lesson in law and said in a challenging tone that ‘I will fulfill this wish of yours also’. Ever since the video of this heated debate surfaced, there has been a stir in the politics and administrative department of the area.

Both the parties suddenly got angry during the defense of the aggrieved party.

According to the information received, this entire incident happened when the official representative of MP Chandrashekhar Azad had reached the police office to represent any problem of the local area or the aggrieved party. During the conversation, there was a disagreement between the Police Officer (CO) and the MP representative regarding some issue. Within no time the voices from both sides became louder. The representative alleged that instead of taking impartial action, the police was acting under the pressure of power and the general public was being harassed.

During the debate, when the CO tried to adopt a tough stance, the MP representative did not step back at all. He told the officer in a very harsh manner that he knew the law and his limitations very well. Reminding the CO of his responsibility, he said that it is clearly written in the law how public representatives and common citizens should be treated. During this, he challenged and said, ‘If you think that you will scare, then I will fulfill this wish of yours also.’ Someone present there captured the video of this entire incident in his mobile which is now spreading like wildfire on the internet.

Tension increased between local police and Azad Samaj Party

After this incident, a situation of tension is being seen between the police administration and Azad Samaj Party workers at the local level. Supporters say that the police is deliberately trying to suppress the voice of their leaders and representatives, while police sources claim that legal opinion is being taken in the matter of obstructing government work and using abusive language with officials. At present, no official statement has come from MP Chandrashekhar Azad on this matter, but local politics has become completely heated.
