Islamabad, 04 November (HS). The Islamabad High Court today served notice to the Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) on the bail plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the Toshakhana II case. Now the Registrar of the High Court will decide the next date of hearing.
According to ARY News channel, earlier Special Judge Central had rejected the bail plea of Imran Khan, while granting bail to his wife Bushra Bibi in the same case. Yesterday, FIA challenged the bail of Imran Khan's wife Bushra Bibi in the Supreme Court in the Toshakhana II case. The FIA said in the petition that the bail was granted in the chamber of a judge of Islamabad High Court and this is in violation of the Supreme Court guidelines.
