News India Live, Digital Desk: Today was a historically turbulent day in the budget session of Bihar Assembly. Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav left no opportunity to corner Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary over corruption and law and order in the state.

1. High Court notice to Speaker Prem Kumar

Assembly Speaker is the most discussed in the House today Prem Kumar Kept with. Patna High Court has issued notice to him and 42 other MLAs on charges of giving wrong information in election nomination. The opposition raised this issue and raised questions on the morality of the government.

On this, Samrat Chaudhary, who is in charge of the Home Department, replied that the investigation by CBI and Police is in the right direction and the guilty Inspector is being interrogated.

4. Samrat Chaudhary’s strong stance on ‘dry intoxication’

Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary announced in the House that in Bihar ‘Dry intoxication’ (Drugs) This will not be tolerated at any cost. He assured to form a special task force against it and increase surveillance in the border areas.

5. Big decision of Land Revenue Department

During the session, the Land Revenue Department gave information about many important decisions to curb corruption. Now mutation and other processes will be made completely digital and transparent so that bribery can be eliminated.

Opposition walkout:

Around 2 pm, opposition members created a ruckus in the well of the House and walked out of the House raising slogans, calling the government’s responses “unsatisfactory”.
