Gurugram, India – Film actress Karishma Kapoor’s ex-husband and well-known businessman Sanjay Kapur has passed away. On Wednesday, he suffered a heart attack while playing polo at a private polo club in Gurugram, causing him an accidental death at the age of 53.
Sanjay Kapoor, a well-known name in Delhi’s industry, was associated with companies like Ciazazka Global Retail and Civota Hospitality. On hearing the news of his death, a wave of mourning ran among his family and close ones. According to media reports, he was immediately rushed to the hospital after a heart attack, but by then it was too late.
Sanjay Kapoor was married to Bollywood actress Karishma Kapoor, whom she has two children, daughter Adhara and son Kian. After divorce from Karishma, she married Priya Sachdev, with whom she has a daughter Safira. His divorce and subsequent weddings were always in the headlines.
