In the meeting in Agra, the public welfare schemes of the double engine government should be implemented transparently on the ground, the beneficiaries should get timely benefits, Keshav Prasad Maurya.

During the review meeting, the Deputy Chief Minister directed the senior officials of the district that all the public welfare schemes being run by the double engine government of the Center and the State should be implemented with complete transparency on the ground. Any kind of laxity in this will not be tolerated.

* Time bound benefits to the eligible: All officers should ensure that every eligible person gets the benefits of government schemes without any delay and in a time bound manner.

* Amrit Sarovar Yojana: Not only make the Amrit Sarovar of the district a medium of water conservation, but also develop them as a center of attraction for the local people through beautification.

* Accelerating road construction: All construction and repair works going on under the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) should be compulsorily completed before the start of the rainy season.

* Women Empowerment: Detailed information about economic and social benefits through Self Help Groups (SHG) should be made available to rural women, so that they can become self-reliant.

* Communication and Innovation: Officials should maintain constant communication with the public representatives of the area and incorporate new innovations in the development work.
