  • Education Department: The posts of lakhs of teachers and professors are vacant.
  • Health Department: There is a huge shortage of doctors, nurses, and health workers.
  • Police Department: Thousands of posts are vacant in the police force as per the population.
  • Other Departments: From secretariat to panchayat, everywhere thousands of posts are waiting to be filled.

So where will the remaining 13 lakh jobs come from?

Congress says that these 10-12 lakh vacant posts will be filled in the first phase. left after this 13 to 15 lakh jobs New posts will be created and given. The party’s argument is that there are not enough government employees required to run a state with a large population like Bihar properly.
