New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party national convenor and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal accused BJP of Operation Lotus. Kejriwal claimed that BJP has started Operation Lotus from December 15, where I am contesting from New Delhi Assembly seat, BJP has tried to remove 5000 people from the list by manipulating the voter list, while 7500 people have been included in the list. Has been added.

Kejriwal questioned that if 12 percent voters are being deceived in the assembly constituencies then what is the need to hold elections. This is nothing but a game in the name of elections. BJP wants to win the elections at any cost, but the people of Delhi will not let this happen.

First BJP ran Operation Lotus in Haryana and Maharashtra, now it is adopting the same method in Delhi also. BJP has already lost this election. He has no face, no candidate for the post of Chief Minister of the state, so he wants to win the election by manipulating the voter list at any cost.

The former chief minister claimed that the BJP had filed 11,000 applications to oust voters from his constituency.

Although we did not allow this intention of BJP to be fulfilled, the Election Commissioner did not allow the change to happen. At the same time, amid allegations of tampering in the voter list by Kejriwal’s BJP, the Election Commission has announced that the voter list will be released by January 6. The draft voter list was released on 29 October, applications received were disposed of by 24 December, any applications received till 1 January will be included and the final voter list will be announced on 6 January.
