Nepal Police arrested mysteriously missing drugs smuggler Bablu

East Champaran, 29 April (H.I.S.). Nepal Police has arrested drug smuggler and notorious criminal Bablu Paswan, who mysteriously disappeared last three days, with which the case has been closed. Three days ago, Bablu's wife had filed an application in Raxaul police station accusing Haraiya OP in-charge of Bablu's disappearance, after which Raxaul DSP Dhirendra Kumar was investigating it on the instructions of SP Kantesh Mishra.

Meanwhile, SP Kumodh Dhungel of Parsa district of Nepal told that the drug smuggler Bablu, who is being searched by Raxaul police, was arrested by Nepal Police from Birgunj check post three days ago. He told that Bablu Paswan was a big supplier of narcotics and banned drugs in Nepal and was the main accused in the Gothatar case of Kathmandu, who was being searched. In this sequence, during investigation at the check post, Bablu was seen entering Birgunj, when he was asked to stop, he started running away. When the police fired at him, a bullet hit him in his right leg, after which he was immediately arrested and brought to Narayani Hospital for treatment. Here he was searched and a pistol and drugs were recovered from him.

SP Dhungel said that Bablu and his associates are accused of murder of Lal Mohammad in Gothatar of Kageshwari Manohara Municipality-8 of Kathmandu in September 2022. According to SP, Bablu himself had opened a shop named Mohammad Tailor Avenger Enterprises World Best Garment in Gothatar. The driver had conspired to murder Lal Mohammad.

It was said that Lal Mohammad's working style was also questionable. He is accused of carrying out anti-India activities in collusion with ISI and Dawood gang. It is being told that along with smuggling of fake Indian currency notes at the behest of Pakistani handlers, he was also accused of drug smuggling. According to Nepal Police, Lal Mohammad had earlier had a business relationship with Bablu, which after a transaction went wrong, he conspired and killed him.
