On Wednesday, the police arrested the third main accused in an encounter in the case of murder of a brother and sister by entering their house with the intention of robbery in the district last February. The accused Rajendra Kuril, a resident of Bakewar police station area in Fatehpur, was absconding, since then the police was searching for him.
