High Court Bar suspends two others in advocate fund irregularities

Sudhir Chandra, Librarian and a computer operator have been suspended for making incorrect entries in the bank accounts given by the advocates in the course of investigation into financial irregularities in the Advocates Fund Scheme run by the High Court Bar Association. .

According to the association’s joint secretary press, Puneet Shukla, due to wrong entry by librarian Sudhir Chandra, the amount of advocate fund has been transferred to the wrong accounts. Computer operator Jyopati Mishra deleted all the records related to the Advocate Fund. He did not provide the records related to Advocate Fund despite repeated requests.

For this reason, on Friday, librarian Sudhir Chandra and computer operator Jyotipathi Mishra have been suspended with immediate effect. It is noteworthy that till now office superintendent Pawan Pandey and two employees Abhishek Kesarwani and Swati Singh have been dismissed in this matter.
