The excitement will be at its peak on Saturday in the second phase of the Multinational Air Exercise Tarang Shakti 2024 going on at Jodhpur Airbase, when the red Kiran Hawk aircraft of the Suryakiran Aerobatic Display Team of the Indian Air Force will fly at Jodhpur Airbase. Along with them, pilot Sukhoi fighter aircraft will also perform stunts here. The program will be held at Jodhpur Airbase at 10 am on Saturday. People around the airbase will also be able to watch it from the roofs of their houses. Apart from the Suryakiran team, the Sarang Aerobatic Team of Helicopters is also participating in Saturday's Open Day. Its preparations are in full swing.
Under the Tarang Shakti exercise, September 7 has been kept as a public day, in which civil officers and some people will also participate. People of Air Force, Ratanada, Basni, Kudi and Madhuban Housing Board area will be able to see the acrobatics of 9 Suryakiran aircraft from the rooftops of their houses.
According to the defense spokesperson, the Sarang and Suryakiran teams will display their skills and feats in front of domestic and foreign guests at Jodhpur Air Force Station on Saturday. Along with this, India's LCH helicopter, AWD team, LCA LCH Prachand will also be on display. The air warriors of India, USA, Japan, Singapore, UAE, Greece and Australia involved in Tarang Shakti war exercise are constantly sharing each other's experiences here. Keeping in mind the rains these days, the risks of flying during rain and measures to avoid them have also been discussed in the teams.
Indianness will be showcased in Defense Expo
The Defence Research and Development Organisation has announced that its Technology Development Fund team will be a major partner in the upcoming Tarang Shakti programme. A team is coming to Jodhpur under this. A Defence Expo will be held here from 12th to 14th September, in which India will display its locally made weapons and equipment aircraft. One of the objectives of this multinational exercise is also that the helicopters, aircraft and other weapons made in India can be sold to friendly nations. On 8th September, air force personnel from foreign countries will be taken on a tour of Jodhpur. The Air Chiefs of all seven countries will come on 11th September. Defence Expo has been scheduled on 12th and 14th.
