News India Live, Digital Desk: The Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh has once again made major administrative reshuffle. A large -scale transfer has been done in the UP Police Department, in which 16 IPS officers have been transferred. In this reshuffle, the police captains (SP) of 10 districts have been replaced, due to which the government’s intention to further strengthen the law and order is clearly visible. This decision has been taken with the aim of bringing better coordination and efficiency in governance and administration.

These transfers include captains of many major districts, including important cities like Lucknow:
- IPS RP Singh: RP Singh, who was the SP of Jhansi earlier, will now take over the responsibility of the Superintendent of Police at the DGP headquarters.
- IPS Muniraj G.: IPS Muniraj G. transfer from the current Police Commissionerate of Lucknow. He has been made the new captain of Jhansi.
- IPS Ravi Kumar: IPS Ravi Kumar, now will be the new Superintendent of Police of rural areas in view of the increasing incidents of crime in Ghaziabad.
- IPS Amit Kumar Anand: He was handling the responsibility of Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police in Gautam Budh Nagar, and now he will be posted as Rural SP of Ghaziabad.
- IPS Vishal Tyagi: Vishal Tyagi, who held the post of Superintendent of Police in Bareilly rural area, has been made the new Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police in Police Commissionerate, Lucknow.
- IPS Tej Swaroop Singh: Tej Swaroop Singh, SP of Shamli, has been given the new responsibility of the Deputy Commissioner of Police in Ghaziabad Police Commissionerate.
- IPS Saurabh Dixit: Additional Superintendent of Police of Prayagraj has now been made the new SP of Hamirpur district.
- IPS Abhishek Awasthi: Abhishek Awasthi has become the new Superintendent of Police of Mahoba district after transferring from the post of ASP of Gonda.
- IPS Anil Kumar: Anil Kumar, ASP of Basti, has got new responsibility as SP villager of Bijnor district.
- IPS Krishna Kumar Vishnoi: ACP of Kanpur has been made SP of Shravasti district.
- IPS Satyam: ASP of Bulandshahr will now play the role of SP villager of Barabanki district.
The purpose of these transfers is to improve crime control, repair law and order and increase administrative efficiency. Through this reshuffle, the government has also given the message to the new officers in the field that it will be posted only on the basis of performance.
