Will we really get ₹1500 in March? (know the truth)

The news of getting ₹ 1500 is becoming quite viral on the internet, but the reality is that currently only an amount of ₹ 1250 is being officially transferred by the government. The scheme started at ₹1000, which was later increased to ₹1250. Former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and current CM Dr. Mohan Yadav have announced that the amount of the scheme will be gradually increased to ₹ 3000. However, even in March 2026 (34th instalment) only ₹ 1250 will be transferred to the bank accounts of women. Whenever there is an official increase in the amount, the government will announce it in advance.
