News India Live, Digital Desk: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has today given a big gift to the health sector of the state under Mission Rojgar. During a grand program organized in Lucknow, CM Yogi handed over appointment letters to 1228 newly appointed nursing officers. On this occasion, the Chief Minister not only wished the new officers for their bright future, but also made a sharp attack on the functioning of the governments before 2017. CM said that in the last seven years, UP has set a new record in health services and transparent recruitment process.
Before 2017, there was ‘nepotism’ in appointments.
In his address, the Chief Minister reminded the tenure of the previous governments and said that before 2017, appointments in the state meant ‘give-and-take’ and ‘nepotism’. He alleged that earlier importance was given to the recommendations rather than the merit of the youth, due to which the talented youth felt cheated. Yogi Adityanath stressed that his government has created a transparent system of government jobs ‘without discrimination and without corruption’, as a result of which today even the children of farmers and laborers are becoming officers through their hard work.
UP changed its picture in health services
The Chief Minister said that there was a time when the health services of Uttar Pradesh were in bad shape, but today the vision of medical colleges in every district is being realized. This large recruitment of nursing officers will further improve the care of patients in government hospitals. He appealed to the newly appointed nursing officers to treat the patients coming to the hospitals with sensitivity and service spirit. According to CM, the behavior of a nurse has the power to cure half the disease of the patient.
Mentioned encephalitis and corona management
Yogi Adityanath praised the health workers by citing the example of eradication of encephalitis (encephalitis) which was wreaking havoc in eastern Uttar Pradesh and successful management of the Corona period. He said that Uttar Pradesh has proved that if there is willpower, even incurable diseases can be controlled. The government is now moving forward with the resolve to provide better and free health facilities to every citizen of the state. The deployment of new nursing officers is an important part of this series.
‘Mission Employment’ became a boon for the youth
Addressing the youth present in the program, the Chief Minister said that the aim of his government is to make Uttar Pradesh the largest economy of the country, in which the role of youth is most important. With the joining of these 1228 youth making career in the field of nursing, the efficiency of government medical colleges and hospitals will increase. CM clarified that in the coming time, the vacant posts in other departments will also be filled with complete transparency, so that the youth of UP can contribute to the development of the state.
