News India Live, Digital Desk: Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) has got another major success in the ongoing campaign against terrorist conspiracies in Uttar Pradesh. The recent investigation of ATS has exposed a dreadful conspiracy which has shocked the security agencies. According to the report, the masters sitting in Pakistan are now making Hindu youth their shield to fulfill the dream of ‘Ghazwa-e-Hind’ in India. After this revelation, high alert has been issued across the state.
Trap laid by fake ID and social media
According to UP ATS sources, terrorist organizations sitting across the border are now adopting new strategies to hide their identity. These people are trying to trick the youth through social media by using fake profiles with Hindu names. The main objective of this conspiracy is to spoil the religious harmony of India and push the youth towards fundamentalism. Investigation has found that various types of inducements and digital brainwashing were being used to make these youth unknowingly a part of terrorist activities.
Instructions were being received from Pakistan
During the interrogation of the arrested suspects and examination of their digital footprints, it became clear that the links of this entire module were directly connected to Pakistan. The handlers sitting across the border were giving instructions to these youth through WhatsApp, Telegram and other encrypted apps. ATS has found some such documents and chat records, which prove that a big conspiracy was being hatched against India, in which there was a plan to throw dust in the eyes of the security agencies by using the youth as pawns.
Close monitoring and action of security agencies
A senior ATS official said that suspicious activities were being continuously monitored for the last few days. After the disclosure of this module, now those accounts and digital links from which funding and instructions were being received are being scrutinized. The department is now busy destroying the entire chain of this network so that any such nefarious attempt can be foiled in future. UP Police and ATS have also appealed to the public to beware of any suspicious person or temptation on social media and immediately inform the police.
