Who is Dr. Nisar-ul-Hassan?
Dr. Nisar-ul-Hassan is a well-known doctor of Kashmir, but his real identity is much deeper and controversial than this. He was the president of Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK). It sounds like an honorable post, but according to the intelligence report of Jammu and Kashmir government, Dr. Nisar was using this post to provoke doctors and spread separatist ideology in Kashmir.
