Firozabad, 29 August (HS). The court on Thursday sentenced two brothers guilty of murderous attack to 10 years of imprisonment each. They have been fined. If they do not pay the fine, they will have to undergo additional punishment.
In 1999, a case of attempted murder was registered against Satyavir and Vinod alias Pappu, sons of Vijendra Singh, at Pachokhara police station. Both are residents of Nagla Kharga, Pachokhara police station. After investigation, the police filed a chargesheet against both of them in the court. The case was heard in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Court No. 7. During the trial, many witnesses testified. Many evidences were presented before the court. On the basis of the testimony of the witnesses and evidence, the court held both the brothers guilty.
The court has sentenced both the brothers to 10 years of imprisonment each. A fine of Rs 20,000 each has been imposed on both of them. If they do not pay the fine, they will have to undergo additional punishment.
