Bhopal, January 06: Taking an important digital initiative by the state government in Madhya Pradesh, tablets are being supplied to all the ministers and secretaries in charge in the meeting of the Council of Ministers to be held on Tuesday. In the meeting, presentation and training will be given to the Council of Ministers and the Secretary-in-charge regarding the e-cabinet application, so that effective use of the digital system can be ensured.
In the initial phase, the agenda of some Council of Ministers meetings will be made available in both physical and digital formats. After this it will be sent in completely digital form. E-Cabinet application is a modern technology, paperless, secure and confidential system, through which ministers will be able to view the agenda of the Council of Ministers as per their convenience anytime, anywhere. With the launch of e-cabinet application, physical distribution of folders, paper and time will also be saved. Besides, the compliance report of decisions taken in previous meetings can also be seen through the e-cabinet application.
It is noteworthy that all the decisions of the Council of Ministers since 1960 have been digitized by the state government.
