The series of festivals will start from Navratri and will run till Chhath Puja.

    Diwali: October 20 is a major festival of Diwali, when a large number of people return to their homes.
    Chhath Mahaparva: The Mahaparva of Chhath will begin from 25 October after Diwali. At present, trains going to Purvanchal and Bihar are the highest crowd.
    The Railways has announced to run special trains keeping in mind all these occasions, so that everyone can easily reach their home.
