News India Live, Digital Desk: Just think, when millions of students prepare for an examination for an exam, abandon their sleep, their food and all their entertainment, and then after a paper leaking, all their dreams are found in the soil. In such a situation, if the investigation also goes on the turtle move, then what would have passed on their heart? Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan has expressed deep concern on this issue. He has emphasized that the investigation of JSSC CGL paper leak case should have been very fast, but he is not satisfied at all with the slow pace that it is going on.

This comment by Chief Justice is a major warning for the state government and investigative agencies. He clearly indicated that if the progress of the investigation does not improve, the investigation of the case can be handed over to another central agency, that is, a CBI inquiry can also be done. This will be a very big step, and it is a ray of hope for all students who want fair and fast investigation in this case.

This whole matter is not only about leaking some paper, but also the future of the youth of Jharkhand, the credibility of the competitive examinations of the state and the trust of government jobs. Every qualified candidate hopes that he will get a job without any fraud, his hard work.

The court has also expressed concern that the having such incidents repeatedly creates disappointment among the youth and reduces their trust in the system. This shows how seriously the judiciary is taking this issue.

Now the government and investigative agencies have to understand this strictness of the High Court and will have to speed up the investigation of the paper leak case. We hope that students will get justice as soon as possible and such incidents will not happen again in future.
