The fire test to make future army officers in Ranchi completed peacefully:

News India Live, Digital Desk: For thousands of youths who dream of serving the country by being a part of the Indian Army, Sunday brought a big test of his life. One of the most prestigious examinations in the country to be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the Examination of the Raksha Service (CDS) and the National Defense Academy (NDA) and the Naval Academy, became fully peaceful and successfully at various centers in Ranchi.

‘Aagat test’ in three shifts

This examination was conducted in three different shifts. In the first shift of the morning, English paper, general knowledge (GK) in the afternoon and mathematics paper in the last shift of the evening. A total of 36 centers were set up in the capital Ranchi for this important examination, where more than 15,200 candidates tested their qualifications to become future officers.

There were strict arrangements for security

In view of the sensitivity of UPSC examinations, very strict security arrangements were made at all examination centers. A large number of police forces were deployed along with a magistrate at every center to prevent any copy or disturbance. Candidates had to undergo a tough investigation process before entering the center and there was a strict ban on taking any kind of electronic equipment such as mobile phones, smart watch, or Bluetooth device inside.

How was the paper level?

There was a mixed response to the faces of the students who came out of the centers after taking the examination. Most of the students said that the paper level was medium to moderate. In general knowledge paper, some questions related to history and current affairs made the students quite entangled. At the same time, most of the students found it very easy. Regarding the mathematics paper, some students said that the questions were a bit longer, which took a long time to solve.

Candidates who have been successful in this written examination will now go for the next phase, ie Services Selection Board (SSB), which is considered to be the most important and difficult stop in the path to become officers in the army.
