Which taxpayers got expanded?

  • The government has given extra time to those who do not need to audit their accounts. It also includes people of this category.

There has been no change in the time limit for taxpayers whose accounts are necessary. These people will have to file returns only on the due date.

  • The last date for audit report is September 15, 2025.
  • Last date of ITR with audited accounts: 31 October 2025
  • Last date of transfer pricing cases: 30 November 2025
  • Delayed Date of Flight or Revised Returns: 31 December 2025
