A low pressure area over the north-east Bay of Bengal has now intensified. It will cross the Myanmar-Bangladesh coast in the next 25 hours. It is likely to affect southern Bangladesh, coastal Andhra Pradesh and southern states. There is a possibility of lightning and wind speed up to 50 kmph in Telangana today. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal from November 5-9.
