Significantly, the festival of Ram Navami in Ayodhya has become a symbol of faith, grandeur and religious enthusiasm. This time Ramnavami will be celebrated in Ayodhya in a more grand manner. Preparations for this event to be held on 6 April 2025 are in full swing. This will be the second Ramnavami of Ramlala, sitting in the Ram temple, in which special rituals will be performed to commemorate his birth anniversary.
What are the preparations for the birth of Ramlala on April?
- The stories of Lord Rama will be told to the public. For which Ram Katha has been planned. Ram Katha has started from 29 March. Which will be completed on 6 April.
- Ramcharit Manas is recited outside the sanctum sanctorum for three hours from 8.30 am to 11.30 am. Parayana is being done twice a day.
- In the evening, songs of praise of God will be sung in front of Ramlala.
- At the place where the yajna of Pran Pratishtha has been held, one lakh mantras are being sacrificed. This offering is given for about 3 hours.
- The consecration of the Lord will be on the morning of 6 April.
- From 9.30 am to 10.30 am, God will be offered by adorning God.
- The birth ceremony will take place at 12 noon, which is the time of birth.
- It will have 56 victims. Rama is a descendant of Surya. He was born in Suryavansh.
- Sun tilak will be applied on the forehead of Ramlala at 12 noon.
- This experiment was successful last year. Which illuminates the forehead with the sun’s rays for 4 minutes.
Special arrangement for devotees
According to Dr. Anil Mishra, the trustee of the temple trust, 3 million devotees are expected to come on Ram Navami. Crowds will be managed like Mahakumbh. In order to prevent heat, umbrellas, mats and drinking water are being arranged on the darshan route. Stands are being made for shoes and slippers. The citizens of Ayodhya will attend this festival by making Rangoli and lighting a lamp. A limited number of people will be able to see the Sun Tilak ceremony inside the sanctum sanctorum, but it will be broadcast at 50 places.
