News India Live, Digital Desk: Patients of Jharkhand Will Get Great Relief: A major step has been taken towards improving health services in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. Preparations are being made to create a 200 -bed state -of -the -art super specialty unit in the city’s Sadar Hospital. This unit will take health facilities to the next level and provide expert treatment to patients suffering from serious diseases, which will reduce them to go to big cities outside.

Currently, about 500 beds are available in Sadar Hospital. The joining of this 200 -bed super specialty unit will reach the hospital’s total capacity of 700 beds, which will facilitate patients in large numbers. The work of building the building for this new unit has started and about Rs 74 crore is being invested on it. This amount reflects its commitment to the government to improve health facilities.

This super specialty unit will have various specialized medical services available. It is expected to include heart disease, kidney disease nephrology, neurology neurology, gastroenterology stomach and digestive diseases, endocrinology hormone related diseases. Availability of highly trained doctors and latest medical equipment will be ensured in these departments.

This initiative is important for Ranchi and the whole of Jharkhand as it will provide people a solution to complex medical problems in their own state. Patients coming from remote areas will especially get great relief who had to go to metros like Delhi, Kolkata or Chennai for often for super specialty treatment. This health facility will not only improve the image of Ranchi Sadar Hospital but will also strengthen the overall health structure of Jharkhand.

After the completion of this project, this Sadar Hospital will not only become an important health center for the state, but can also attract patients from neighboring states, which will also promote medical tourism in the state.
