New Delhi: Government oil companies have released new rates of petrol and diesel for 18 September 2025 today. It is a matter of relief for the common man that there is no change in prices even today, due to which there will not be an additional burden on the pocket. This has been continuously for several weeks when there is no change in oil prices at the national level.

Based on the international prices of crude oil and the exchange rate of the rupee-dollar, the oil companies update the price of petrol and diesel daily at 6 am. However, for a long time these prices have remained stable.

• Delhi: Petrol ₹ 94.72 per liter, diesel ₹ 87.62 per liter
• Mumbai: Petrol ₹ 104.21 per liter, diesel ₹ 92.15 per liter
• Kolkata: Petrol ₹ 103.94 per liter, diesel ₹ 90.76 per liter
• Chennai: Petrol ₹ 100.75 per liter, diesel ₹ 92.34 per liter
