The biggest feature of this system will be that when a citizen comes to the centre, he will be made to sit respectfully and his certificate will be issued within just half an hour. Minister Sharma clarified that even if someone’s case is very complex or technically complicated, he will not be made to wait much longer. Such an applicant will be asked to come after lunch two hours later and on the same day, after completing his work, the certificate will be handed over to him.
