Relief from increase in DA of government employees, Chief Minister made several big announcements in Himachal

Good news for central employees. The central government has increased the dearness allowance – DA by 2%, which has given direct benefits to millions of employees. Along with this, DA has also been increased by up to 3% in some states. Due to this, there is a good increase in the salary of government employees.

Big boom in DA, new update may come in June

• Recently Center increased DA by 3%

• The government said that another DA hike can be announced in June 2025

• In the last two years, the government has released a total of 14% DA installments.

• Women of Pangi region will be provided ₹ 1500-1500 in 3 installments from April to June.

• 40% subsidy and 4 -month road tax waived on diesel buses

• 500 new e-buses will be started in the state

• To improve water supply, ₹ 200 crore Chief Minister Pure Jal Yojana will be introduced

Natural farming will get a boost

• Barley will be purchased at the rate of Rs 60 per kg

• State’s first natural farming sub -division will open in Pangi

• Processing unit of ₹ 5 crore and capacity of 10,000 liters will be developed

Improvement in education and health

• Rajiv Gandhi Day Boarding School will be opened in Pangi

• The civil hospital of Kilad will become an ideal health institute, in which 6 specialist doctors will be posted

• Healthcare will be provided for old people under Chief Minister Old Care Scheme

• ₹ 1,730 crore will be spent on state health schemes

Strict action against drug and promotes tourism

• Property of drug mafia will be investigated under NPPS law

• Home stay registration fee will get a discount of 50%, which will boost tourism

Transparency in employment and recruitment process

• The old selection board was removed and the new State Selection Commission was made

• Revenue courts were set up for the first time in the state, where 2.75 lakhs were made

• More than 45,000 employment opportunities have been created so far

• 25,000 new recruits expected by 2025

• OPS (Old Pension Scheme) re -implemented

• From June 1, pensioners of 70-75 years will get payment for the first time
