Crowd gathered in the public darshan of Keshav Maurya, orders given in many matters like financial help for treatment and recruitment, drains, roads, criminal law etc.


Keshav Prasad Maurya listened to the problems and complaints of citizens from different districts of the state with seriousness and sensitivity in the Janata Darshan program organized at his official residence 7, Kalidas Marg, Lucknow today. In the Janata Darshan, a large number of complainants from different districts presented their personal, social and public interest related problems before the Deputy Chief Minister, who personally reached out to each complainant, listened to them patiently and issued written instructions to the concerned officials to ensure immediate necessary action. In many cases, he spoke to the concerned District Magistrates, police officers and departmental officers over telephone and gave clear instructions for quick and quality resolution of the problems. In Janata Darshan, many applications were received related to roads, drains, drinking water system, encroachment on roundabouts, disputes related to revenue land, problems of electricity supply, installation of new transformers to increase the electricity load, housing, medical aid and other public problems. The Deputy Chief Minister clearly said that no laxity will be accepted in solving public problems and timely and transparent disposal of every case should be ensured.

During the public darshan, Mrs. Saroj Kumar, wife of Mr. Rajendra Kashyap, resident of Mohanlalganj, Lucknow requested to provide Ayushman Bharat card and benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The Deputy Chief Minister directed the concerned officers to take immediate necessary action as per the eligibility. Mr. Neeraj Maurya, a resident of Hardoi, requested to provide financial assistance for his sister Ursha Maurya under the Chief Minister Group Marriage/Girl Marriage Assistance Scheme. In this regard also, the concerned officers were directed to take immediate action.

Village head of village Ledupar of Azamgarh district, Mrs. Vibhavati Singh requested to install a 25 KVA transformer to strengthen the electricity system in the village. The Deputy Chief Minister directed the officials of the Electricity Department to ensure necessary action in this regard. Mrs. Guddi, wife of Mr. Kalicharan, resident of village Dudipur of Saiya development block of Agra district, requested to provide the benefits of the Chief Minister Housing Scheme. The Deputy Chief Minister gave instructions to take necessary action by doing the test quickly on the basis of eligibility. Aarti Devi of Kanpur Dehat requested to be given permission to carry and use the nebulizer in view of the health requirement in the police recruitment examination.
