As part of the grand campaign to make the country economically and socially self-reliant, very important news of this time is coming out from the national capital New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to preside over the 11th Governing Council meeting of NITI Aayog tomorrow i.e. Thursday at the grand Cultural Center of Rashtrapati Bhavan. The main agenda of this high-profile meeting has been set as ‘Inclusive Human Development for a Developed India @2047’. In this historic meeting, Chief Ministers of all the states of the country, Lieutenant Governors of Union Territories, senior Union Ministers and top strategists of NITI Aayog are expected to participate, who will brainstorm deeply on the new priorities of the country’s development and concrete strategies to implement them at the ground level.

The great discussion rests on these four main pillars, the whole plan is to change the fate of the youth.

This time the main focus of the NITI Aayog meeting has been made the Inclusive Human Development Framework, which is mainly based on the four most important and basic pillars. The first of these is development of basic human capital and skill development of youth according to future needs. Second- to create new opportunities for productive employment on a large scale and to increase the spirit of entrepreneurship among the youth. Third- To ensure good health and nutrition for every citizen of the country. The fourth and final pillar is complete equality and respect for every section of the society. In this great brainstorming, special attention will be given to the measures to improve the system of new jobs within the entire country and to open new doors of sustainable employment across the country.

The pace of the schemes will be measured through digital infrastructure and data based governance.

According to very specific information received from official sources, in this meeting all the participating leaders and officials will discuss on preparing an advanced implementation roadmap that can bring major improvements in the administrative governance of the country. Under this, emphasis will be laid on strengthening Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), mutual partnership between various government departments and proper coordination between schemes. Along with this, the government is also going to implement a modern data-driven system to accurately monitor the results of the plans in short, medium and long term, through which the development plans of the states will be tested by directly linking them to the national vision.

Final approval will be given on the recommendations of the 5th National Conference of Chief Secretaries

In this important Governing Council meeting, the final review of the major recommendations emerging from the 5th National Conference of the country’s top administrative officers i.e. Chief Secretaries will also be done. Let us tell you that this national conference was organized from December 26 to 28, 2025, in which special reports and recommendations were mainly submitted on the five most sensitive and future-oriented areas. These areas include early childhood education, modern infrastructure of school education, skill development of youth, global standards of higher education, and promotion of sports and extra-curricular activities in the country. In this meeting, the Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog, all the respected members and CEO will also be present with their entire team.
