Direct benefit to Badaun and Bareilly: A 95 km long stretch of the expressway passes through Badaun. Three major interchanges (Dataganj, Binawar, and Bankota) have been built here, which will make the journey of people from Bareilly and surrounding areas to Lucknow-Prayagraj very easy.
Hi-Tech Security and Automatic Invoicing: The entire expressway has been equipped with modern traffic management system. CCTV cameras are installed at various places; on overspeeding automatic online challan Will be cut.
Police picket every 15 km: Giving top priority to security, there will be police pickets and emergency ambulance facilities every 15 kilometers. Wire fencing has been installed on both sides to prevent stray animals.
Industrial Corridors and Employment: Land has been earmarked to develop a large industrial corridor along the expressway (especially near Dataganj, Binawar and Bankota in Badaun). This will create investment and employment opportunities on a large scale.
Current Status: At present, entry of ordinary vehicles on the expressway is prohibited. Before the inauguration, ‘Run Trials’ are being conducted to ensure safety and quality and preparations are being made to plant saplings on the dividers and edges for greenery.
