This reason is not treatment, but ‘loot’ of land. Would you believe that on the RIMS land where the hospital was supposed to expand, some people have illegally erected shops, cots and even multi-storey buildings?

Now regarding this matter Jharkhand High Court Has adopted a very strict stance. The court has made it clear that this is not just a case of encroachment, but seems to be a big scam. Therefore, its investigation is no longer done by the local police, but ACB That means ‘Anti Corruption Bureau’ will do it.

The court asked sharp questions: “How was the building built without collusion?”
The court has strongly reprimanded the administration and officials during the hearing. The reasoning of the court is absolutely simple and common man minded. The judges asked that someone illegally encroaches on a government land, permanent houses are built there, and the administration keeps watching?

The biggest question that has been asked is – “Who gave electricity and water connections to these illegal constructions and how?”
Obviously, a government electricity meter cannot be installed in an illegal building without the connivance of a government official. The High Court has directed the ACB to find out who is involved in this game.

After the order of ACB investigation, there is panic among the land mafias and corrupt officials of Ranchi.

• ACB will now investigate how much land of RIMS is under occupation.
• It will also be ascertained during the tenure of which officers this construction took place.
• The role of Municipal Corporation and Electricity Department will also be investigated.
