To promote digital transactions in rural and urban areas, women will be given Subhadra debit cards. Women who do the most digital transactions will be identified among the beneficiaries of this scheme. Along with this, they will also be given an additional incentive amount of Rs 500. To avail the benefits of the scheme, the application form can be obtained free of cost from Anganwadi centers, block offices and public service centers.

Under the Odisha government's Subhadra Yojana, about one crore women of the state will be given financial assistance of Rs 10,000 annually. The government's objective behind launching this scheme is to empower women financially. Under the government's scheme, women aged 21-60 years living below the poverty line will be given Rs 10,000 per year for five years.
