Grand inauguration of the two-day Saras being organized at Babu Singh Degree College Sayara Ground in Kaushambi. On this occasion, she participated in various developmental activities reiterating the resolve of women empowerment and self-reliant India.

He interacted directly with about 10 thousand women of self-help groups who had come for the two-day Saras Mahotsav program being organized with the aim of promoting rural livelihood and women empowerment. During this, he obtained information from the sisters of the group about their experiences, work and achievements and inspired them to move forward in the direction of self-reliance. Said that these efforts are the backbone of the rural economy.

Shri Maurya wished the bright future of small children by feeding them their first bite and also reiterated the government’s commitment towards the better health of pregnant women by providing them ‘nutritious diet’ kits.
