News India Live, Digital Desk: Rural Development: There is a great news for people of dozens of villages in Gonda district. The road on which walking was no less than a punishment, whose pits used to invite accidents, now their days are going to turn. After years of long wait and troubles, the government has finally approved the construction of Paska route connecting Paraspur to Colonelganj.

This road not only connects two towns, but is no less than a lifeline for dozens of villages like Pasaka, Elly Parsauli, Chandupur, Narda. For the last several years, this road was so dilapidated and full of pits that it became difficult for people to walk on it. School children used to have trouble going to school, to take patients to the hospital on time was a big challenge, and farmers used to go through long and poor paths to take their produce to the market. Especially during the rainy season, this road used to become a pond, due to which the release of people would become difficult.

In view of this pain of the regional people, Colonelganj MLA Ajay Singh continuously raised this issue to the government. The result of their efforts is that the government has now approved an amount of Rs 8 crore 22 lakh 57 thousand for the construction of this 8.45 km long road.

The Public Works Department (PWD) has also started the tender process and it is being told that the construction work on the road will start soon. There is a wave of happiness among the people of the area since this news. He hopes that now his journey will not only be easy, but will also be safe. This new road will also prove to be a milestone in the development of the area, which will save people’s time and their everyday life will be better.
