Gadkari also mentioned the causes of delay in land acquisition. “Legal disputes, internal conflicts and complications were the main reasons for giving compensation,” he said. However, now these issues have been resolved and now the project has gained momentum. He also said that the government will soon bring a new toll policy to remove the physical toll booth.
Gadkari said, “I can’t say much about this policy right now, but a new toll policy will be announced in the next 15 days. After its implementation, no one will have any reason to complain about the toll.”
