The Meteorological Department has predicted that the temperature will drop rapidly throughout the coming week, due to which the chill will increase further. North-westerly winds changed the weather patterns

According to meteorologists, the effect of north-western cold and dry winds is clearly visible in Jharkhand. Due to these winds, the minimum temperature of the state is continuously falling. Gumla’s minimum temperature reached 10.9 degrees Celsius in the last 24 hours, which was the lowest in the state. At the same time, in many districts like Ranchi, Lohardaga, Khunti and Simdega, the mercury has dropped below 15 degrees.
