This new feature is a great relief for those who are busy with work or for whom it is difficult to go to Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) again and again. Now by using technology, you can save all three time, money and run.

So how to benefit from mobile passport services from mobile? (In very easy steps):

Mpassport Seva Mobile Application and its website have been released by the government, through which you can carry out the facilities given below:

1. Download the app or go to the website:
   First of all download the ‘MPASSPORT SEVA’ app on your smartphone (it is available for both Android and iOS), or go to the official website of passport service (passportindia.gov.in).

2. Registration and login:
   If you are a new user, then register yourself by clicking on ‘New User Registration’. Create your account and then log in using the user ID and password you created.

3. Choose service:
   After logging in, you will get many options:

   • ‘Apply for Fresh Passport)

   • ‘Re-release passport’

   • Other services such as Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) application.
     Choose the option according to your need.

4. Fill the form:
   Fill the online application form carefully and correctly. This will include your personal information, address, previous passport details etc. Do not make any mistake, as it can cause trouble later.

5. Upload documents:
   Upload scanned copies of required documents (such as proof of address, proof of date of birth, copy of old passport etc.). Ensure that the file format and size are correct, as directed on the website.

6. Pay the fee and book appointments:
   After filling the form, pay online fees. You can pay through credit/debit card, net banking or UPI. After the payment is successful, choose the convenient Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) for yourself and book an appointment according to the availability there.

7. Visit Passport Seva Kendra (PSK):
   Reach the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) with all the original documents and their zerox (PSK) with your fixed date and time. Verification and biometrics of your details will be taken there.
