New Noida will get direct connectivity with Ganga Expressway and Jewar Airport; The face of West UP will change through ‘Rotary’

There has been a lot of activity regarding ‘New Noida’ in the real estate and industrial sector of Delhi-NCR. In this series, a very ambitious plan has come forward to directly connect New Noida with Uttar Pradesh’s dream project ‘Ganga Expressway’ and ‘Noida International Airport’ being built in Jewar.

In the upcoming board meeting of Noida Authority, a special proposal will be made to connect this entire connectivity project through rotary (roundabout) system. A large part of New Noida is passing through the villages of Bulandshahr which are very close to the Ganga Expressway. In such a situation, after this connectivity, it is believed that industries and trade in the entire region will get a new momentum.

What is the 72 km long link expressway and rotary plan?

A project to directly connect the Ganga Expressway to the Yamuna Expressway. 72 km long link expressway have been proposed. This link expressway will pass through Bulandshahr, a large part of which will pass through the villages and proposed sectors of New Noida.

New rotary model of connectivity

According to Satish Pal, ACEO of Noida Authority, a proposal has been prepared to make a special ‘Rotary Hub’ to provide the benefits of this Link Expressway to the inner parts of New Noida. With the construction of this rotary, most of the villages and new industrial sectors of New Noida will be directly connected to the Link Expressway. After this, people here will be able to travel directly to Jewar Airport and Ganga Expressway without any traffic jam. Along with this, consideration is also going on to build a new direct road link between Noida and New Noida.

Master Plan 2041 will be implemented in four phases

Complete detail of New Noida 209.11 square kilometers (ie approximately 20,911.29 hectares) To be in a vast area. This entire mega-project will be implemented in a planned manner in four phases by the year 2041:

Land acquisition and compensation rates with farmers’ consent

The process of land acquisition to settle New Noida will be done on the basis of complete transparency and mutual consent of the farmers. Kranti Shekhar, OSD of Noida Authority, said that land will be taken from the area located near the Eastern Peripheral Expressway as per the wish of the farmers and the first ‘site office’ of New Noida will also be built at the same place. Apart from this, under the master plan, the surrounding land will be expanded to increase the width of the villages whose existing roads are 18 meters to 24 meters.

On the lines of Yamuna Development Authority (YEIDA), a clear compensation formula has been fixed for New Noida as well:

  • General Compensation Rate: If farmers sell their land directly to the authority, they ₹4,300 per square meter Lump sum compensation will be given accordingly.

  • Option of 7% developed plot: Farmers who want compensation as well as a share in future development and opt for 7% Developed Plots will be given ₹3,800 per square meter The compensation amount is being paid at the rate of Rs.

Due to this compensation and direct connectivity, New Noida is going to emerge as the biggest investment and employment center of Delhi-NCR in the coming time.
