NCR earned Rs 255.34 crore by selling scrap

Prayagraj, 01 March (HS). North Central Railway Administration has earned a total of Rs 255.34 crore from scrap till February 29 under the Zero Scrap Mission. Total sales of Rs 243.67 crore are higher by 4.78 per cent compared to the same period last year.

Giving the above information, Senior Public Relations Officer Amit Malviya said that under the direction of General Manager Ravindra Goyal, the work of collecting and selling the unusable junk lying in the three divisions and factories is being done at a rapid pace. This campaign is helping in keeping the workplace and environment clean. With this campaign, North Central Railway is moving towards achieving the target of Rs 290 crore.
