News India Live, Digital Desk: National Harmony Initiative: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat held an important meeting with some prominent leaders of the Muslim community in Delhi, which aims to remove various misconceptions and promote social harmony and mutual brotherhood. A five -member delegation from the Muslim community was present with Mohan Bhagwat in the meeting held at Haryana Bhavan in Delhi. The delegation included senior leaders and intellectuals such as former Chief Election Commissioner SY Qureshi, former Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Najeeb Jung, former Vice Chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University Jamir Uddin Shah, Samaj Sevi Saif Mahmood and chief businessman Saeed Sherwani. The conversation focused on consulting national interests and strengthening understanding and confidence between the two communities. It was said that the meeting was also openly discussed in the meeting and the apprehensions between the two communities regarding the communal harmony of the country. During this period, the need to increase goodwill in the national interest and work unitedly was emphasized. Mohan Bhagwat has said many times to public forums that Hindutva has to take the meaning of everyone, and the Muslim community is also an integral part of India. His meeting is considered an attempt to bring this thinking to the ground. Such direct talks with the leaders of the Muslim community by the Sangh chief are part of his continuous attempt for his “sensitive dialogue”. Even before this, he has been meeting various Muslim intellectuals and religious leaders.
