Mumbai: The market capitalization (M-cap) of 8 of the top 10 most valuable companies in the Sensex increased by Rs 88,085.89 crore last week. HDFC Bank benefited the most. Last week, the 30 -share BSE Sensex rose 509.41 points or 0.66 percent. The top 10 companies saw an increase in market capitalization of HDFC Bank, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India (SBI), Bajaj Finance, Hindustan Unilever and ITC. While the market capitalization of Reliance Industries and Infosys declined.
